1:1 Capacity-Centered Leadership Coaching
At the individual level, I offer 1:1 leadership coaching for people in high-responsibility roles. This includes executives, senior leaders, founders, and professionals navigating increased scope, pressure, or visibility.
Coaching focuses on identity shifts, boundaries, decision-making under pressure, and the internal capacity required to lead well over time. Rather than pushing productivity or performance at all costs, we work with how responsibility actually lands in the body, nervous system, and sense of self—so leaders can stay effective without becoming depleted or disconnected.
This work is especially valuable during transitions, growth phases, or moments when “what used to work” no longer does.​
