Organizational Advisory & Well-Being Strategy
Expert Guidance
At the organizational level, I partner with leaders on well-being strategy, culture change, and leadership development. This includes designing well-being programs that are ethical, effective, and grounded in how humans actually function at work—not performative or extractive initiatives.
I also advise organizations on applying trauma-informed principles responsibly, helping leaders understand how to reduce harm while avoiding overreach, misuse of language, or blurred boundaries. The focus is systemic: policies, expectations, leadership behaviors, and culture—not placing the burden solely on individuals.
