Many leadership and well-being approaches focus on skills or surface behaviors. My work goes deeper—looking at how people relate to pressure, responsibility, and themselves. ​ I bring a background in human development and a trauma-informed lens, but more importantly, I help leaders build the awareness and capacity to navigate complexity without burning out or losing themselves in the process. ​ The goal isn’t just short-term improvement—it’s leadership that is sustainable, grounded, and able to create real change in demanding environments.
